Southern's equipment is designed and manufactured to comply with today's health, sanitation and safety standards. Our products are tested by ETL for certification to the current NSF-7 standards. It is our goal to not only meet compliance issues, but surpass requirements in the areas of temperature, sanitation, safety.

Southern is a member of the Commercial Refrigeration Manufacturers' Division of ARI and manufactures cases that meet the rigorous sanitation standards of CRMD. Our non-refrigerated merchandisers meet or surpass the requirements of NASFM.
